About The Position
As a Scrum Master, you will enable a software development team to function effectively using Agile methodologies. You will coach and mentor the Scrum Team, remove obstacles, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and use metrics to report progress and identify opportunities to improve team performance and delivery quality. You will collaborate with and manage the team, take responsibility for team decisions, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to challenges within and across teams. The role also involves aligning stakeholders with the development team on goals and priorities, encouraging open communication and collaboration, and adapting Agile processes as project needs evolve. This Accenture Flex role involves local, fixed-duration, project-based work. It requires 60% onsite client work in Plano, Texas, and client-mandated time away for five days per quarter. Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, reducing or eliminating travel demands.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of total IT experience.
- At least 3 years of cross-functional project management experience.
- At least 3 years facilitating triages for project defects.
- Expert proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor the Scrum Team.
