About The Position

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to lead cross-functional initiatives that support Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Service. This role is key to driving operational efficiency, coordinating systems implementation, and enabling success across the new business sales cycle.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in sales operations, supply chain, or systems implementation.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with ERP or CRM platforms (NetSuite knowledge is a plus).

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or Agile Project Management certification.

Responsibilities

  • Pricing Strategy & Execution
  • Lead cross-functional pricing projects, ensuring alignment between Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain.
  • Develop pricing models and tools that support margin optimization and competitive positioning.
  • Coordinate pricing updates across ERP/CRM platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Sample Logistics & Fulfillment
  • Oversee the end-to-end sample request process, from intake to delivery, ensuring timely execution and visibility.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Customer Service to streamline sample inventory management and shipping workflows.
  • Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor sample usage, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
  • Customer Onboarding & Enablement
  • Manage onboarding workflows for new customers, ensuring seamless handoff from Sales to Operations.
  • Develop and maintain onboarding documentation, including SOPs, training materials, and system access guides.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Engineering, and Customer Service to resolve onboarding issues and accelerate time-to-value.
  • Initiative Prioritization & Progress Tracking
  • Partner with Sales and Supply Chain leaders to identify, scope, and prioritize strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate regular check-ins and reviews to ensure alignment and accountability across teams.
