About The Position

Cedar Gate Technologies, an IQVIA business, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in advancing value‑based care initiatives that elevate healthcare quality and patient outcomes. In this role, you’ll lead and support projects that bring innovative care solutions to life—overseeing timelines, budgets, and successful delivery. You’ll collaborate with provider networks, payers, and clinical teams to implement custom workflows and system integrations that drive real improvement across the healthcare ecosystem.

Requirements

• 2+ years of project coordination or project management experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
• Experience working for a healthcare provider or payer
• Understanding of value‑based care, healthcare operations, or clinical workflows
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑focused mindset
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, compliance‑driven environment
• Currently eligible to work in the U.S. without assistance in getting an employment visa or work authorization.

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field (preferred)
