Heartland is looking for an Operations Project Coordinator to join the operations team! We're an industry-leading mobile device solutions integrator --- we provide our clients with a portfolio of award-winning products and services, and decades of experience simplifying and optimizing mobile workforces. The Operations Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting a wide range of project activities, maintaining accurate project documentation, and providing essential administrative and operational support to project teams. In this role, you will help drive the success of projects across the operations department by ensuring initiatives move forward efficiently from kickoff through completion. This is a highly visible position that contributes to strategic initiatives, supports the development and execution of quality control practices, and helps improve operational processes. Beyond core responsibilities, you will create reports, map project workflows, and support employee training on project management processes to promote consistency and efficiency across the organization.
