About The Position

The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for enabling more sales activity through: Reducing the Field’s administrative burden. Supporting national initiatives consistently to promote growth through scale and efficiency. Supporting demand and lead generation efforts resulting in new sales opportunities. This position requires high levels of cross-functional collaboration with partners from the Field, Sales Specialists, Product Management & Client Services, LSPD, Risk Management Operations, Bond, all Marketing functions as well as fellow members of Sales Enhancement Operations. The primary customer of this position is Allied’s external field partners. Some duties require collaboration directly with financial institution clients.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 0 – 1 years of related work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Field of Study: Business Administration or Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Receipt, tracking and assignment of all incoming field requests.
  • Entries and extractions from Client Relationship Management (CRM) system including activities such as: tickets, account/contact updates, entering opportunities, sales activity records, list extractions, etc.
  • Production of client facing proposals.
  • Document formatting to ensure client facing materials meet brand standards.
  • Production of sales enablement tools (ex. Callahan & Associates Analysis).
  • Printing and shipping field materials.
  • Serve as Project Manager for roundtables and lunch and learns hosted by financial institution clients.
  • Duties include hosting and leading planning calls, managing and assigning duties within project plan, working with financial institution to address technology needs, assisting with presentation support, and arranging catering for event.
