About The Position

PrimeSource Building Products, Inc., one of the nation’s largest wholesale distributors of building supply products, has an immediate opportunity available for an experienced, reliable, and hardworking Sales Operations Coordinator to join the team.   This position will be based out of the corporate office located in Irving, Texas.   This position will be responsible for the following. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and 2 or more years of related experience.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving skills: ability to make decisions independently with established guidelines in place.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual a plus (English and Spanish).
  • Experience in SAP, Tableau, and/or SalesForce a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Create reporting and data analysis to communicate initiative effectiveness to organization.
  • Manage rebate programs (analysis and reconciliation) for major account customers.
  • Build custom sales reports for internal and external customers. Interpret results and provide key findings as needed.
  • Detailed work within ERP software (SAP) to maintain customer account integrity.
  • Addresses any customer inquiries, problems, or requests via email or telephone.
  • Attend customer events as needed to build customer relationships and promote PS programs.
  • Build customer relationships with key stakeholders both inside and outside of the organization.
  • Develop strategies to effectively organize and analyze customer reporting to ensure program meets customer metrics.
  • Collaborate with others in the organization to ensure implementation of program requirements
