About The Position

This role supports the execution of real estate and buildout activities across franchise locations, ensuring projects move forward on time, within budget, and with clear coordination across internal teams, vendors, and franchisees.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and project tracking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office
• Experience in franchising, retail, or multi unit environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Project coordination: Support end to end tracking of new site development and buildout timelines across franchise locations
• Real estate support: Assist with site documentation, and coordination between brokers, franchisees, and internal stakeholders
• Buildout execution: Coordinate with construction partners, architects, and vendors to ensure milestones are met and issues are resolved quickly
• Timeline management: Maintain project trackers, identify risks, and proactively escalate delays or gaps
• Communication: Serve as a central point of coordination across franchisees, operations, finance, and external partners
• Documentation: Organize and maintain contracts, permits, approvals, and project records
• Process improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve consistency across projects
