This position is a temporary full-time opportunity for a Project Coordinator, Pharmacy Planning and Systems Development to join the Lower Mainland Pharmacy Services (LMPS) team at Downtown Community Health Clinic located in Vancouver, BC. The role requires an understanding of community pharmacy practice within a primary care setting, including working with complex and underserved patient populations. The candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills; completion of a project management certificate and/or pharmacy-related project experience would be an asset. Active registration with the College of Pharmacist of BC is required. The candidate will work closely with Pharmacy Leadership and frontline pharmacists to evaluate current dispensary and clinical workflows, identify gaps and variability, and redesign workflows to support consistent delivery of clinical services within routine practice. The role will support the integration of standardized clinical services (e.g., medication reviews, prescription adaptations, and minor ailment services) through workflow design, process improvement, and practice supports. The candidate will collaborate with pharmacy staff, leadership, and clinic partners to support implementation through education, facilitation, and change management strategies. This includes contributing to practice development by guiding, coaching, and supporting staff in the adoption of clinical services, and participating in clinical activities as appropriate to inform workflow design and implementation. Attendance at meetings is required, and flexibility in work schedule may be needed to support workflow evaluation, staff engagement, and implementation activities.
