About The Position

Iron Logic is seeking a Project Coordinator Level 2 to support client-facing software development and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects and change requests while acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams. This role requires a self-starter who is organized, proactive, comfortable working independently, and confident communicating directly with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable leading meetings and interacting directly with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in Agile and/or software development environments is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client projects and change requests from initiation through delivery and post-launch support.
  • Gather, document, and communicate business and technical requirements to project teams.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, action logs, risk logs, issue logs, and deployment plans.
  • Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential schedule impacts.
  • Coordinate activities across development, QA, design, and support teams.
  • Support project estimation, planning, forecasting, and resource coordination activities.
  • Ensure project documentation remains accurate, current, and accessible.
  • Work directly with clients to understand business needs, answer questions, and coordinate project activities.
  • Assist with deployment planning, release coordination, and production readiness activities.
  • Support ongoing portfolio reporting and management activities.
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies within the PMO.
