About The Position

Education at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is seeking a full-time, contract (1 year) Project Coordinator (Learning Experience Designer) to support the design, development, and delivery of learning experiences for CAMH’s Global Learning Academy initiatives. This work includes AI-enabled learning, eLearning courses and tutorials, user guides and documentation, as well as other digital learning and support materials. The Learning Experience Designer will work across multiple teams, primarily supporting the CAMH Simulation Centre, but also supporting Continuing Professional Development and Evaluation teams. They will collaborate with additional stakeholders including simulation faculty, subject matter experts, healthcare professionals and clinical teams, lived experience advisors, vendors, and other internal and external stakeholders. They will work closely with course development teams to identify the training needs of an intended audience and adhere to guidelines and principles related to instructional design, SCORM, adult learning, web accessibility, user experience, and apply principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion to learning experiences. Requirements

  • Experience in learning experience design.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles.
  • Knowledge of SCORM, adult learning, web accessibility, and user experience principles.
  • Ability to apply principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion to learning experiences.

Responsibilities
