Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a business, public administration, engineering, architecture or construction management field.
Two (2) years of experience in managing construction-related activities, designing and/or coordinating capital improvement projects, or preparing/monitoring/administering/negotiating contracts for public sector projects, engineering projects, building construction projects, or other construction-related projects.
One (1) year of experience with supervisory/project management responsibilities.
High school diploma or GED plus six (6) years of the required experience including one (1) year supervisory/project management responsibilities.
An associate's degree in any field plus four (4) years of the required experience including one (1) year supervisory/project management responsibilities.
A bachelor's degree or higher in a non-specified field plus four (4) years of the required experience including one (1) year supervisory/project management responsibilities.
A master's degree or higher in a specified field plus one (1) years of the required experience including one (1) year supervisory/project management responsibilities.
