About The Position

AC Martin, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator II-B for a full-time position in their Sacramento office. This role is with an innovative, award-winning architecture and interior design firm that works on a variety of projects including Market-Rate Housing, Urban Mixed-Use, Hospitality, Industrial, K-12, Community Colleges, Civic/Government, Higher Education, Planning, and Programming. Requirements

• A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in architecture or equivalent is required.
• Must have five or more years of experience or equivalent in all technical phases of architecture.
• Exhibits intermediate understanding of state building, local city, and zoning codes.
• May oversee Project Coordinator Is and interns.
• Must have a “can-do” attitude, be a team player, and exhibit excellent communication skills with clients and staff.
• Must be a fast learner, highly motivated and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Must exhibit strong Revit modeling skills.

Nice To Haves

• Additional industry certifications preferred (i.e., LEED, DBIA, CDT, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Participates in conceptual design and provides full support throughout the entire project.
• Coordinates with project team leaders for appropriate technical solutions and product strategies.
• Produces work independently with minimal supervision and direction.
• Adept at BIM and other software used in the production of construction documentation.
• Depending on project size, work directly with project architect/senior project coordinator and project team.
• May be asked to lead projects independently with oversight from project architect.
