About The Position

BGIS ITS is currently seeking a Project Coordinator- HVAC to join the team in Hudson, FL (Onsite) and surrounding areas. This role is responsible for ensuring the schedule, budget, and details of a given task are well organized and communicating to stakeholders about any changes and/or delays to the project plan. BGIS Integrated Technical Services (BGIS ITS) has built a strong service-oriented company using only school and field-trained technicians. Requirements

  • Required skill set, education requirements, and experience for the role.
  • Must be able to communicate with Project Managers and Superintendents to resolve issues with paperwork, invoices, receipts, etc.
  • Must be able to prepare daily paperwork for Project Manager’s approval, scan and attach and file and forward to processing department.
  • Must be able to perform clerical tasks associated with Projects as directed by Projects Manager and Director.
  • Must be able to communicate with the Project Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Must be able to manage and assist with project planning and schedules.
  • Must be able to document and resolve subcontractor and vendor billing issues.
  • Must be able to take responsibility for the development and implementation of a comprehensive construction plan.
  • Must be able to monitor progress towards goals to anticipate potential problems.
  • Must be able to deliver accurate and timely data to support project forecasts.
  • Must be able to organize, plan and provide meeting invitations, action items, and minutes.

Responsibilities
