Vultr is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to help build and maintain the technical operating system that powers our global infrastructure delivery. Requirements

  • 1–3 years in technical operations, deployment coordination, or an infrastructure-adjacent role.
  • Highly comfortable navigating and building within Smartsheet, including formulas, automated workflows, and creating data-driven dashboards.
  • Fundamental understanding of how complex physical projects move from 'planned' to 'live'.
  • Obsessed with how systems work, understanding logic and finding ways to make them more efficient.
  • Collaborative approach, prioritizing clear, concise documentation and partnership-oriented communication.
  • A degree in a technical or operations-focused field, or equivalent experience demonstrating ability to handle complex data and fast-moving timelines.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to data centers, network infrastructure, or mission-critical builds is a major plus.
  • A 'builder' mindset and a desire to learn the 'how' behind the physical layer of AI.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve our project management environment (Smartsheet/Jira). Build and maintain automated scheduling tools, logic, and templates that adapt to low, medium, and high-complexity builds.
  • Own the integrity and lifecycle of Program Requirements Documents (PRDs) and Technical Build Books. Ensure that architecture diagrams and SOPs are version-controlled, up-to-date, and accurately reflect the current state of our hyperscale partnerships.
  • Assist in tracking critical path milestones to ensure committed delivery dates are met.
  • Collaborate with Senior TPMs to translate field experience into standardized global playbooks. Identify friction points in the deployment process and refine templates and workflows.
  • Support team governance and process standards. Maintain the global deployment calendar and ensure all critical documentation is organized and ready for review.
