About The Position

This role provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and financial support to the Corporate Security and Risk Management Departments. Key responsibilities include managing security service technicians and vendor relationships, administering legal matters and litigation holds, serving as a financial analyst for budget reconciliation and financial transactions (invoicing, purchase orders, COUPA), maintaining department databases and systems, managing corporate badge/access card issuance, supporting leadership with calendar/meeting management, and conducting security research/analysis to develop professional reports and presentations.

  • Experience in data mapping and workflow testing

  • Strong organizational skills for calendar management and inventory monitoring

Responsibilities

  • Manage technicians to ensure proper maintenance, repair, and configuration of security camera and access control systems; solicit quotes and coordinate repairs or hardware upgrades with IT and property teams; manage the planning and purchasing of security equipment and software.
  • Manage general legal administrative processes, including opening new matters and managing litigation holds to ensure compliance and proper preservation of information.
  • Serve as a financial analyst by performing monthly budget reconciliations, monitoring department budget spend, and processing budget reclassifications.
  • Manage financial transactions, including processing invoices, check requests, and issuing various purchase orders; the role requires proficiency in navigating a Total Spend Management (TSM) platform and includes managing supplier relationships and vendor onboarding.
  • Manage and update Corporate Security-related databases and files (including risk files, forensic video storage, and property lists); work in partnership with business units, including IT, to implement new software and systems designed to streamline workflows and enhance reporting.
  • Manage the issuance and deactivation of Corporate Badges/Access Cards and access-level requests; provide calendar/meeting management for leadership; oversee departmental inventory and office supply budget; and serve as content administrator for the Corporate Security intranet page.
  • Conduct research and analysis on security and risk management topics (including industry trends and benchmarking data), and create visual aids, slide decks, and summary reports.
