The Project Coordinator/Construction Manager is responsible for assisting management of all construction associated with Darling and its subsidiaries. This role involves assisting in the management of all construction activities, selection or procurement of plant equipment and supplies, and the procurement, supervision, and safety of sub-contractors. The position also includes supervision of Darling employees, assisting in equipment start-up, maintaining tools and equipment, communicating with plant management, assisting with job costs and tracking, and overseeing on-the-job contractor fabrication of equipment.
