As a Project Coordinator, you will serve as the central communication hub for Commercial HVAC projects, ensuring smooth operations. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers, field teams, vendors, and customers to maintain organization, adherence to schedule, and overall project precision. Your strong communication and organizational skills will be critical to project success.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role
Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Team player with the ability to perform under tight deadlines

Nice To Haves

Associate Degree in a related field
Familiarity with scheduling software (ProCore)

Responsibilities

Act as the central communication link between internal teams and external partners
Coordinate project schedules, materials, labor, and subcontractors
Track progress, identify delays, and proactively communicate updates
Issue and manage purchase orders, deliveries, and vendor coordination
Maintain accurate project documentation (contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders)
Support job costing, reporting, and project organization
Assist Project Managers with meetings, follow-ups, and execution support
