Landscape Construction Project Coordinator

Park LandscapingCalgary, AB
Onsite

About The Position

In this role, you will be the primary bridge between project planning and field execution, supporting the Project Manager in the administrative and operational mastery of commercial landscape construction. You will assist in managing multiple commercial projects simultaneously, tracking critical path activities, and identifying potential resource constraints. You will coordinate daily communication between clients, field crews, and vendors, ensuring that site instructions and RFIs are documented and acted upon immediately. You will manage the lifecycle of project paperwork—from contracts and purchase orders to change orders and progress draws—maintaining an "audit-ready" digital environment. You will lead material takeoffs and delivery schedules, working closely with suppliers to ensure the right materials arrive exactly when they are needed on-site. You will support budget monitoring by tracking labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs, ensuring every project remains profitable and well-documented. Additionally, you will transition to our snow and ice management coordination team from November through April, adapting your schedule to support client safety during Alberta’s major weather events.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and project scheduling software
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project coordination
