Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in project coordination, program administration, or operations support.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to develop collaborative working relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects from beginning to end, simultaneously, without supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Intermediate skills in using AI tools such as Co-Pilot.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments, be flexible in scheduling tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, including those needed in writing, editing, and interacting by telephone and in meetings.

Nice To Haves

  • Some college or BA in Communications, Business, Marketing or related areas is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the successful delivery of healthcare certification programs through project coordination, operational support, and program administration.
  • Works closely with internal teams, healthcare organizations, volunteers, and external partners to coordinate activities, maintain program resources, support program events, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  • Provides a wide variety of skilled logistical, administrative, clerical and data management support ensuring all programs run efficiently.
  • Ensure a high quality of service is provided to all staff, volunteers, and other external and internal customers.
  • Coordinate and monitor certification program activities, projects, and operational processes.
  • Support communications and provide customer service to healthcare organizations, volunteers for participation, and stakeholders.
  • Assist with webinars, meetings, conferences, and other events.
  • Maintain program records, documentation, and reporting systems.
  • Utilize vendor and/or internal systems for sales, finance and awards efficiently and competently to complete duties/projects.
  • Support volunteer committees and cross-functional teams to achieve program goals.
  • Identify and support process improvements that enhance program effectiveness and customer experience.
