BIG PICTURE: We are hiring a Project Coordinator, Brand Partnerships to help keep the Brand Partnerships team organized, accountable, and moving quickly. This role is part project manager, part team administrator, and part revenue operations support. You will help manage the details that keep brand opportunities, campaigns, client deliverables, internal handoffs, and CRM updates from falling through the cracks. As the Brand Partnerships business grows, the team needs someone who can bring order to a fast-moving environment. You will support the CRO and cross-functional team by tracking next steps, maintaining clean systems, preparing materials, documenting decisions, and making sure everyone knows what needs to happen next. This is not a strategy role or a passive admin role. It is an execution-support role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating across sales, client services, production, analytics, and leadership.

  • Assist with team administration, including scheduling, agenda creation, meeting recaps, document organization, file management, and internal communication.
