This role supports the mission to Share Christ – Love People by validating systems functionality, enhancements, integrations and fixes meet business requirements and work effectively for end users. This role executes User Acceptance Testing, identifies and documents issues, performs regression testing, and provides clear results and feedback to support successful releases. Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ of work-related experience
  • Knowledge of business integration with operational systems like Salesforce, Intelemedia, Aperta preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint
  • Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) principles, processes and best practices
  • Knowledge of creating and executing test cases, test scenarios, and end-to-end business processes
  • Working knowledge of defect identification, documentation, tracking, and resolution processes
  • Understanding of data integrity and the importance of accurate data validation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research issues and determine potential causes
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear and effective test scenarios
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly document and explain defects
  • Ability to foresee potential risk, quickly provide solutions least impacting on project, process, partners and friends, etc
  • Commitment to data accuracy, quality, and delivering a positive end-user experience
  • Excellent organizational skills with project team and schedules

Nice To Haves

  • Certification or training in User Acceptance Testing or software testing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing test plans, scenarios, and test scripts based on business requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Validate new functionality, enhancements, integrations, and system fixes from a business and end-user perspective
  • Identify, document, and communicate issues with clear steps, expected results, and supporting documentation
  • Retest issues and complete regression testing to confirm solutions work as intended without impacting existing functionality
  • Validate data accuracy and end-to-end processes across Salesforce, websites, and integrated systems
  • Coordinate testing with Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts in various departments, and Scrum Teams
  • Maintain testing documentation, results, and status updates while communicating risks, issues, and User Acceptance Testing readiness
  • Provide business and usability feedback to support solution improvements and successful releases
