About The Position

We’re seeking a Project Controls Specialist who’s ready to dive into dynamic projects, support high-performing teams, and help shape the future of our operations. In this role, you’ll be the go-to partner for our Project Managers, helping keep projects on track by monitoring budgets and schedules closely. You’ll play a key role in planning projects from the ground up, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day will involve tracking earned value, managing purchase orders, and staying on top of any change orders that come through. You’ll also work with contracts to ensure billing terms are accurate—because the details matter. It’s a role that blends organization, communication, and a sharp eye for numbers, all within a collaborative team environment. While this position offers remote flexibility, you may be expected to visit a local office occasionally for meetings, collaboration, and team engagement.

Requirements

2-4 years' experience in a project controls or coordination role.
Proficiency in cost loading and project planning.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Deltek, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Projects.

Responsibilities
