Project Controls Specialist I
About The Position
Performs the routine aspects of planning/scheduling and/or cost engineering assignments requiring knowledge and application of basic project controls principals. Using prescribed methods performs specific and limited portions of planning/scheduling and/or cost engineering assignments. Develops broad knowledge and skills in a specific practice area. Evaluates, selects, and applies standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform a task or sequence of tasks for conventional projects with few complex features. Collaboratively uses judgment to determine adaptations in methods for non-routine aspects of assignments. Works on small projects or portions of larger projects.
Requirements
- Knowledge and application of basic project controls principals
- Ability to use prescribed methods to perform specific and limited portions of planning/scheduling and/or cost engineering assignments
- Ability to evaluate, select, and apply standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform a task or sequence of tasks for conventional projects with few complex features
- Collaborative judgment to determine adaptations in methods for non-routine aspects of assignments
