About The Position

This role serves as the Scheduling Lead on electrical data center projects, focusing on scheduling and reporting. The position involves analyzing project information and preparing documents to ensure efficient project planning and scheduling. The Project Controls Scheduler will develop detailed schedules in collaboration with the project team and trade partners, and will be responsible for inputting, analyzing, and monitoring design deliverables, procurement, and construction schedules. This role includes oversight of all project scheduling activities and providing necessary status updates, forecasts, and reports. Additionally, the scheduler will review and evaluate schedule updates and changes, producing impact reports to assess the financial implications of schedule changes and potential delays. The position requires working on the Project Site and interacting with the Project Team and Design Team.

Requirements

  • 3 years of recent electrical (industrial or commercial) construction scheduling and project management experience.
  • Proficient in MS Project and P6.
  • HS Diploma/GED.
  • Ability to produce detailed schedules, and resource and cost loading.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction disciplines.
  • Proficient knowledge of computer programs (EXCEL, WORD).
  • Strong communication (written/verbal), problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship.
  • Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check.
  • Successfully pass MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.

Nice To Haves

  • Data Center experience preferred.
  • Electrical Field experience preferred.
