About The Position

Haider Engineering P.C. is seeking a Project Controls Professional - Scheduler for a position based at PANY&NJ offices. This role involves working in a hybrid capacity, with two days per week on-site. The on-site location is at PANY&NJ offices at 2 Montgomery St., Jersey City, NJ, and project offices as needed. The firm is committed to providing quality construction engineering services and ensuring the successful completion of all assigned projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in construction management, project controls, and scheduling.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations.
Demonstrated experience performing baseline schedule reviews and schedule update reviews for construction projects.
Ability to evaluate schedule logic, critical path, progress reporting, delays, and schedule compliance.
Ability to provide descriptions of two projects that clearly demonstrate experience with baseline schedule development and review, periodic schedule update review and analysis, identification and evaluation of schedule variances, delays, and corrective actions, and communication of scheduling findings to project stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Microsoft Project is a plus.
