Lead the development, progressing, and tracking of pre-construction and all construction schedules including self-perform work. Perform delay and productivity changes and claims to maintain timely and profitable job completion. This role involves understanding financial systems, managing costs, monitoring project expenditures, training teams on cost tracking, collaborating with project managers and accounting, preparing and negotiating change orders, understanding contract requirements, communicating KPIs and dashboards, assessing project risks, developing contingency plans, monitoring project performance, supporting delay and labor productivity claims, and improving dashboards and KPIs. The position also requires setting up labor productivity tracking, preparing and validating schedules and narratives, utilizing industry-standard scheduling software, identifying critical path activities, conducting schedule reviews, integrating project controls with financial reporting, reviewing schedules for completeness, developing and implementing project controls plans, conducting audits, and following P6 database management best practices.
