About The Position

Rupert Construction Services (RCS) is seeking a Project Controls Manager with deep experience supporting large-scale, multi-million-dollar construction programs, ideally within aviation environments. This role plays a critical function in ensuring projects stay aligned on schedule, budget, and execution strategy across a highly dynamic stakeholder landscape. RCS is a recognized leader in construction management and project controls, delivering complex infrastructure programs with precision, discipline, and accountability. RCS partners with public agencies and major capital programs—bringing deep expertise in planning, scheduling, cost management, and project execution across large-scale environments.

Requirements

15+ years of project controls experience on large-scale construction programs
Strong background supporting design and construction of complex infrastructure projects
Proven ability to communicate technical project data to leadership and stakeholders
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Project management systems such as Prolog or Expedition
Strong reporting and analytics capability

Nice To Haves

Experience with aviation programs strongly preferred
Primavera P6 (preferred)
Master’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

Support project milestones by reviewing work activities and coordinating micro-phasing schedules
Collaborate with designers, contractors, and stakeholders to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
Coordinate cost tracking, reporting, and compliance with project controls standards
Develop and maintain schedule resource loading and progress monitoring systems
Prepare executive-level reporting and communicate budget/schedule variances
Review contractor payment applications for alignment with progress and schedule updates
