We are currently hiring a Project Controls Manager/Analyst to support our team in the Worcester, MA area. This upcoming role will be focused on supporting our life sciences client on a variety of projects, ensuring that the project remains on a path to achieve desired schedule and budget outcomes. Requirements

Nice To Haves

BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field
4+ years experience post receiving undergraduate degree working in related field

Responsibilities

Perform Project Controls Services service offering including but not limited to handling invoicing, purchase orders, capital planning, front end planning, project funding, project set up, construction technology, procure to pay, project, cost & commercial managing,
Participate in the delivery of Portfolios, Programs & projects
Facilitate funding process by consolidating information from various sources into a holistic funding request document.
Work closely with clients to effectively set up project systems and coding and communicate the requirements to those providing inputs
Enable effective governance by providing relevant fact-based information including provision of reports
Assist in the smooth operation of the construction technology with a particular focus on ensuring the flow of information to enable efficient execution and control
Participate in the development of project sourcing strategies and ensure the effective set up of the procure to pay structure
Forecast and Predictively influence the outcomes of project
Identify, quantify monitor and partner to develop risk mitigation plans
Ensure the effective closure of projects including the completion of all financial related activities
