POSITION OVERVIEW The Project Controls Director, Construction serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership, supporting project teams and leading all project controls functions. The role provides vision, management, and mentorship to enhance the effectiveness of project controls across Stream Data Centers’ portfolio. This includes developing and improving systems and processes that ensure consistent, accurate management of scope, schedule, and budget. The director oversees implementation of industry-standard project controls, including key metrics and trending, financial and billing oversight, budget and change management, forecasting, core project management practices, and the growth and development of the project controls team
