About The Position

Skanska is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator to support its Underpinning & Foundations team in the NYC Metro area. The role is largely responsible for logging and distributing relevant project controls documents to the Project team. The coordinator supervises and directs project planning and scheduling activities through the application of controls, systems, principles, and practices. Working under direct supervision, the coordinator gathers and distributes information and also supervises other administrative personnel related to Project Controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Finance, Business, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Three years of prior relevant experience.
• Practical knowledge of the job area, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

Responsibilities

• Log and distribute relevant project controls documents to the Project team.
• Supervise and direct project planning and scheduling activities using controls, systems, principles, and practices.
• Gather and distribute project information.
• Supervise other administrative personnel related to Project Controls.
