AALUCKS Talent Pro•Tulsa, OK

About The Position

The Project Controls Analyst develops, maintains, and manages schedules for assigned major and tactical capital projects, working with project teams and contractors. The role leads baseline schedule creation and approval, updates schedules and forecasts, evaluates delay impacts, communicates schedule status and risks, and helps develop mitigation plans. It requires a thorough understanding of work breakdown structures (WBS), project estimates, and the planning sequence for pipeline and facility construction phases, including permitting, land, survey, and construction. Schedules are built and maintained in Primavera P6 using the latest template and WBS, with sufficient detail to explain project scope, installation sequence, and the critical path. Schedules are updated at least monthly, with weekly updates potentially expected during construction. The analyst baselines schedules at project gates, maintains baselines through update cycles, analyzes critical-path impacts, and publishes the overall project schedule and standard reports. The position is contractual, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and limited to local candidates; relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available.
