Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience of administration assistance in accounting, business administration, or engineering (degree preferred)
  • Ability to complete tasks with limited guidance
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Adaptive and flexible with alternate responsibilities
  • Strong attention to detail to complete quality work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with a team of several people cooperatively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel primarily) and document reader software, specifically Adobe or Bluebeam
  • Familiarity with project management tools and applications
  • Federal/State contracting is a plus
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to worksites, meetings with clients, and attend conferences
  • To be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, restrictions, or need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is located
  • To occasionally travel out-of-town and overnight for professional development and/or project-related work

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the project teams, departments, and clients
  • Assist with project schedule updates, budget management, and contract management
  • Develop budget and issue reports
  • Schedule and attend meetings across all project teams/departments; develop agenda and take meeting notes at all project team meetings
  • Communicate and build working relationships with internal and external customers
  • All other duties assigned
