About The Position

In Engineering Services, the Project Controller supports projects that help customers protect and control critical electrical infrastructure and power systems worldwide. Projects range from small, single-deliverable engagements to larger projects spanning multiple months or years. The role participates throughout the project lifecycle, from quoting through closeout, and coordinates project activities between Project Managers and Engineering teams. It also involves engagement with customer project managers, procurement, legal, and engineering team members.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a project controller or in a similar role.
• Process-driven approach.
• Ability to understand technical deliverables in an engineering services organization.
• High attention to detail and critical-thinking skills.
• Commitment to quality work and on-time deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including on technical subjects.
• Problem-solving skills and interest in driving improvements.
• Open-mindedness and desire to learn and grow.

• Experience with Deltek Vision software.

Responsibilities

• Forecast project resource workload and track deliverables.
• Support the development and negotiation of proposals and project cost estimates.
• Enter new projects, including schedules and resources.
• Issue purchase orders and track equipment deliveries.
• Ensure invoices are issued according to project billing schedules.
• Review project deadlines and finances.
• Analyze data and track metrics.
