Project Control Specialist

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project controls, project management, or a related role (internships or co-ops count).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent planning software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- US Resident | US Citizen
- Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules using tools such as Excel, MS Project, or equivalent.
- Support cost estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Compile and analyze project performance data (cost, schedule, earned value) to prepare reports.
- Assist with tracking resource usage, procurement status, and risk mitigation actions.
- Maintain accurate records of project change orders, scope changes, and schedule revisions.
- Coordinate with project managers to gather input and verify data accuracy.
- Participate in internal and external project meetings and provide project control inputs as required in coordination with the Comptroller.
- Support compliance with project control procedures and reporting standards.
