About The Position

The Manager, Project Controls is accountable to the Area Manager for the planning and performance monitoring of project performance and to optimize the efficient and profitable implementation of assigned projects. The incumbent must be able to compile contracts, subcontracts, track performance daily, weekly, and monthly, incorporate quantitative and qualitative analysis, and to define both the physical and the economic performance of the projects and recommend action to be taken should deviations from the optimal performance be highlighted. The incumbent will provide leadership, development, and direction to subordinate staff members to ensure that the business objectives of the Company are consistently achieved. The Manager, Project Controls must be conversant in the discipline of project management, oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of project baselines, project execution plans, execution of contracts, inclusive of overseeing the setup of project administrative aspects.
