About The Position

The Project Control Analyst, Mid will be responsible for a wide variety of detailed financial and administrative activities for moderate-to-large-sized programs, organizations, or proposals. This role involves performing detailed financial and program control activities, including assisting with budgeting, reporting, estimating, and analysis for full contract lifecycle support. The analyst will analyze budgets, support authorizing budget expenditures, provide work leadership to junior employees, monitor expenses, perform cost and schedule variance analysis, and provide resulting recommendations. Additionally, the role includes preparing the cost-to-complete, supporting estimates and contract deliverables, responding to contract and program data calls, and participating in contract terms and conditions and statement of work reviews. The analyst will also prepare detailed financial program management reviews, provide a status of key performance metrics for the company, anticipate and respond to customer needs, and serve as a primary point of contact for customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in program control, financial management, or project management within complex, regulated environments
  • Experience working within the Intelligence Community
  • Experience working with complex CLIN structures, multiple funding types, and Funds from Others (FFO)
  • Experience with OCONUS-specific requirements, such as hedging liabilities, Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA), and taxation
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions for calculation and analysis
  • Ability to conduct trend analysis and accomplish financial forecasts based on bottoms-up analysis and historical trends
  • Ability to identify program risks, assist with associated mitigation plans, and assist with identifying and prioritizing requirements
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED
