Responsibilities
- Learn how to create opportunities in the field and build trust with homeowners.
- Engage in proactive outreach and start conversations with homeowners.
- Engage in homeowner conversations daily.
- Walk families through property inspections and insurance restoration projects.
- Present and guide customers through high-value home exterior upgrades.
- Practice and refine your pitch through feedback and repetition.
- Contribute to a team that values discipline, growth, and results.
