About The Position

Aspen Contracting is actively hiring driven, customer-focused sales professionals across multiple markets throughout the United States. As a Project Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners, providing professional exterior property inspections, restoration solutions, and outstanding customer service from inspection through project completion. No roofing experience? No problem. We'll provide the paid training, tools, and support you need to build a successful career. Once hired, you'll report to your assigned local office for training, team meetings, and business-related activities.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License
Reliable transportation
Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift equipment as needed
Ability to work a Full-Time schedule

Sales experience is helpful but not required.
Experience in outside sales, automotive sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, real estate, insurance, or other customer-facing industries is highly transferable.

Responsibilities

Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood marketing, and customer outreach.
Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company technology and training.
Create detailed project estimates and scopes of work.
Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
Manage customer relationships throughout the project.
Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
