About The Position

Lakes Country Roofing is searching for a salesperson with an outstanding work ethic who is committed to providing A+ customer service and job satisfaction to his or her customers. This person will be a self-starter and extremely organized. Project management experience is a must as our salespeople also manage the installation process, overseeing the crews working on the jobsites. Construction experience and/or roofing experience will be extremely helpful. Being bilingual in English and Spanish would also be very helpful.

Responsibilities

• Get sale, sign contract & collect down payment & approved insurance scope
• Complete, scan & upload into Acculynx all job paperwork (notes, Subject To, Insurance Scope, pics, etc.)
• On production day: communicate with customer and be available in person at job site
• Deal with issues that may arise, do final walk around inspection with customer and ensure satisfaction
• Complete insurance process, collect final payment & closeout job
• Get sale, sign contract & collect down payment
• Complete, scan & upload into Acculynx all job paperwork (notes, Contract, pics, etc.)
• Collect final payment & closeout job
