The Project Manager for the Marcus Hook site is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of capital projects, serving as both the project management and the on‑site construction management focal point. This role integrates all phases of project development — from Front End Engineering (FEL) through engineering, procurement, field execution, commissioning, and close‑out — ensuring safe, compliant, and competitive project delivery aligned with Braskem’s Capital Work Process and site requirements. This position oversees project scope, cost, schedule, risk management, contractor performance, quality, and field execution. This includes direct leadership of all construction activities at the Marcus Hook site, ensuring field work is performed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with Federal, State, Local, PSM, and Braskem standards. The role works closely with operations, maintenance, HES, site leadership, engineering contractors, construction firms, procurement, and the regional Capital Investments organization. Although based at the Marcus Hook site, this position reports to the Project Leader responsible for the Northeast region and plays a key role in delivering the regional capital portfolio.
