Under the direction of the Reporting Manager and day-to-day direction from the Project Compliance Lead, this position is responsible for establishing new projects, jobs and contracts in our JD Edwards (JDE) ERP system. This role involves creating and maintaining address records, job master data, and billing contracts/activities in JDE. The analyst will also correct issues related to Bid Tracer software, coordinate with the Contracts Department, and communicate updates to relevant departments. Additionally, the position requires collaboration with Sales Personnel to refine processes and data entry, establishing solutions for common issues, and coordinating with customers on specific requirements like specialty forms, portals, and billing deadlines. The role also involves linking category codes for the Purchasing Department, determining coordination needs with Payroll, refining contact distribution lists, creating checklists for problem areas, and contributing to the streamlining of project establishment processes in JDE. Problem-solving to meet the needs of internal and external customers, and ensuring high accuracy and quality of Master Data are key aspects of this position. Other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor and/or ACCO management.
