Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
2+ years of experience in communications, public affairs, or project support roles
Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Mailchimp, Teams, Slack)
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally to varied audiences

Nice To Haves

Experience with content management systems, intranet tools, or visual design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus

Responsibilities

Create and implement communication plans for specific projects, aligned with organizational goals and timelines.
Draft and distribute project-related content including newsletters, updates, presentations, reports, press releases, and internal memos.
Collaborate with project managers and team members to gather accurate and timely information.
Maintain consistent messaging and branding across all communication platforms.
Develop and manage stakeholder lists, distribution schedules, and communication timelines.
Organize and support meetings, briefings, and events related to project milestones.
Monitor project progress and proactively communicate changes, risks, or successes to stakeholders.
Assist with change management and internal engagement strategies during project rollouts.
Track communication effectiveness and provide metrics or feedback reports to leadership.
