About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Internal Communications Specialist to support a fast-paced, creative organization. This role is instrumental in driving employee engagement, supporting internal events, and delivering clear, effective communications across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable balancing both strategic communication efforts and hands-on execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting events and internal programs (Must Have)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in entertainment, media, or a creative environment
  • Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Basic content creation or design experience
  • Exposure to CRM or internal communications tools

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of internal meetings, events, and screenings
  • Develop and manage employee-facing communications and content
  • Assist with internal campaigns and engagement initiatives
  • Maintain editorial calendars and communication schedules
  • Track engagement metrics and maintain reporting data
  • Coordinate logistics including scheduling, materials, and event support
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on messaging
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the communications team
