Project Cleaner (Heavy Labor Exp, PM Shift)
About The Position
Since 2010, Total Facility Care (TFC) has provided detailed and comprehensive cleaning and maintenance services for clients across Colorado and Nebraska. As a Project Cleaner, you will provide detailed and professional specialized cleaning services to clients throughout Fort Collins, Greeley, Loveland, and Windsor. This role offers a dynamic and rewarding workplace with regular support and feedback from area leaders, providing a sense of fulfillment and empowerment. The ideal candidate will have their own vehicle and a valid driver’s license, previous cleaning experience, a strong work ethic, be punctual, and desire to grow with the company.
Requirements
- Carpet cleaning experience, stripping/buffing/waxing experience OR heavy labor experience (construction, landscaping, etc.).
- Personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
- Successfully pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods of time.
- Work well in a team setting.
- Punctual and Responsible.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to grow with our company.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. - We Use E-Verify
Nice To Haves
- Commercial Cleaning experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Report to Loveland main office daily to pick up a company vehicle, equipment, and supplies before reporting to their daily project assignment.
- Efficiently work throughout your entire shift to do a variety of floor/project work, including: stripping, buffing, waxing, carpet cleaning, and more.
- Maximize the quality of service delivered to our customers.
- Present with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Collaborate with your team of project cleaners to meet service deadlines.
- Properly and safely use supplies and equipment to clean windows, strip/buff/wax floors, clean carpets, construction clean ups, and other projects.
- Other duties, as assigned by the supervisor.
