The role also involves directly handling personnel issues, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering an environment of teamwork and professional development. The Project Assessment Manager is accountable for the team's work products and performance, ensuring quality customer service and maintaining confidential information. This position may require operating a state or personal vehicle for business purposes and completing special projects as assigned.
