About The Position

OneFourTwo Design Group is a full-service design firm seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Architect/Job Captain to join their team in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. The role involves collaborating on large-scale commercial projects from concept through construction phases. The ideal candidate is creative, solves problems in three dimensions, and acts with integrity.

OneFourTwo Design Group provides services including Creative Design, Project Management, Master Planning, Interior Design, and Structural Analysis and Engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field required
• 5+ years of relevant design experience
• Experience producing construction drawings in Revit is required
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling and rendering software (Rhino, Enscape, Lumion), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience attending client meetings and coordinating across all phases of design

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial architecture projects from beginning to completion by interfacing with clients and project teams on budget, schedule, and work plans
• Research building codes and local zoning requirements
• Prepare presentation drawings and diagrams to clearly convey design ideas
• Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction
