About The Position

We are currently hiring a Project Architect in our Architectural division. The Architectural Division at LaBella provides comprehensive planning and design services for a wide variety of markets, including Healthcare, Higher Education, Sports and Entertainment, Commercial, Multi-Family and Mixed-Use, Residential, and Municipal.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 6-10+ years of experience
• Experience with healthcare, higher education, renovation, or occupied-building projects is strongly preferred
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of South Carolina building codes
• Strong technical design and construction document skills
• Well-developed project design and planning skills
• Excellent graphic presentation skills
• Proficient in Revit (AutoCAD also)
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, Teams)

Nice To Haves

• Registered Architect in the state of South Carolina

Responsibilities

• Work with large project teams, including outside subconsultants, to ensure that all aspects of the project are being met and completed.
• Delegate aspects of work to the Project Technician and coordinate with all other disciplines.
• Assist the Project Manager with client meetings, design team meetings, and construction administration.
• Perform all duties with minimal guidance.
• Lead, communicate, coordinate, and motivate.
• Contribute to a positive work environment.
