They will also be responsible for managing technical documentation such as proposal requests, change orders, and revisions. Direct client interaction may be required for scoping projects, developing proposals, and negotiating services. The role includes functioning as a project leader, managing small teams, and handling project management tasks like staffing, fee estimating, and scheduling. Regular communication with the Principal-in-Charge and Project Manager is essential for providing project status insights. The position also involves representing the Firm by participating in external professional organizations and conferences.
