About The Position

LMN is currently seeking a full-time Project Architect to join our team. Candidates should be passionate about architecture, bring a strong design sensibility, and value the process of translating design into documentation and construction. Located in downtown Seattle, LMN has dedicated our practice to the health and vitality of communities of all scales. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture required.
  • 10+ years of professional experience across a range of project types.
  • Experience with building code analysis, permitting processes, and construction administration.
  • Proficiency in Revit required
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

  • familiarity with Rhino preferred.
  • LEED accreditation or demonstrated knowledge of sustainable design principles preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams in the development and execution of design.
  • Prepare design and construction documents, developing thoughtful and effective architectural solutions.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of each project’s design intent and produce documentation that supports that intent.
  • Coordinate project documentation with consultants.
  • Coordinate and manage the construction administration process including interface with owner, contractor and consultants.
  • Organize team members, tasks, and meetings.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.
