About The Position

Weee! is hiring a Project Analyst II to own and drive end-to-end projects or workflows within a defined business domain, such as Supply Chain, Merchandising, Finance, Food Safety, or Marketplace. The role translates business problems into process designs, system requirements, or tooling improvements; leads cross-functional execution; and manages dependencies, risks, and timelines. It defines and tracks KPIs to measure project and process performance, identifies trade-offs and improvement opportunities within its scope, and supports rollout and adoption of process or system changes. The role is onsite five days a week in Fremont, California.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or a related field, or a suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
• At least 24 months of experience as a Project Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a related position.
• Two years of professional experience in project management and process improvement.
• Experience working with ERP, SAP, workflow tools, or internal platforms.
• Experience building dashboards or defining operational metrics.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or structured project management methodologies.
